BRIEF

BlueQuo is a talent matchmaking platform dedicated to connecting startups with qualified executives for both short and long-term collaboration. They aproached us to create their bespoke onboarding digital product from start to finish.

O&R STRATEGY
The core vision of BlueQuo revolved around cultivating easy and uncomplicated hiring processes. We conducted extensive research in the industry to understand trends and identify opportunities to stand out. It was key for the client to set a different tone from other competitors.



AN ENGAGING ONBOARDING PROCESS
Our primary goal was to create an engaging experience collecting key information without becoming boring for the user. To do this, we implemented various question formats to make the experience almost like a game and emphasize a user-friendly approach. We went back and forth with the client to understand the needs each profile would have when suscribing to the process, from a C-level perspective and from the start-up standing point.




AN INTUITIVE DASHOARD
Understanding their needs and opportunities guided the development of our UX design, resulting in detailed and well-populated wireframes. With these wireframes in hand, we transitioned into creating the visual interface, aiming for a smooth and effective user journey. The user dashboard design was inspired by the simplicity of old-school folders sliding in from the right, providing varying levels of information for users to fill in.
