BRIEF

On March 21, 2025, BLOOM hosted VIVANT(s) at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris—an artistic and civic event rallying support for the ocean, the climate, and humanity. It brought together artists, scientists, and activists to mark the first anniversary of the Coalition citoyenne pour la protection de l’océan and to mobilize ahead of the "SOS Océan" summit.

BLOOM contacted us to create the visual identity for the event, including the main poster, which was printed in various formats and adapted across merchandise and communication materials.

O&R STRATEGY
Our creative strategy centered on evoking the vibrant, yet fragile, life beneath the ocean’s surface—life that is increasingly threatened by human activity. We drew inspiration from the mysterious glow of bioluminescence, using it as a visual metaphor for the beauty and resilience of underwater ecosystems. At the heart of the identity stands a whale—majestic and powerful—symbolizing both the urgency and the hope of protection. As a keystone species, the whale embodies the delicate balance of marine life, making its presence a poignant reminder of what’s at stake.
